Connect in three steps.

Claude

  1. Open the Recruiter OS listing in Claude's connector directory, on your phone, the web or desktop.
  2. Select Connect. A Recruiter OS page opens.
  3. Sign in with your Recruiter OS mobile number and the code we text you, then select Allow Claude.

On a Team or Enterprise plan, an Owner may need to allow Recruiter OS first. You can also add it yourself on claude.ai: open Customize, then Connectors, choose Add custom connector and paste the connector address below.

ChatGPT

  1. In ChatGPT on your phone or chatgpt.com, open the Plugins directory and search for Recruiter OS.
  2. Select Connect. A Recruiter OS page opens.
  3. Sign in with your Recruiter OS mobile number and the code we text you, then select Allow ChatGPT.

Can the assistant change my records?

No. The connector is read-only. It cannot add, change or delete anything, and it cannot open your uploaded files or account settings. The database enforces this for every assistant token, not just the connector.

It connected to the wrong account

If your browser is already signed in to Recruiter OS, the sign-in page asks which account to connect before anything is approved. Choose Use a different account to sign in with another number. To fix an existing connection, disconnect it in Settings, then connect again.

How do I disconnect?

In Recruiter OS, open Settings, then AI assistants, then Connected apps, and select Disconnect. You can also remove Recruiter OS from Connectors in Claude or the Plugins list in ChatGPT. Disconnecting stops new access right away; a session already open can last up to an hour.

What does the assistant see?

Only the records in your own Recruiter OS account, the same ones you see in the app. Claude or ChatGPT receive the answers to your questions and handle them under their own privacy policies. Read the Recruiter OS privacy policy for details.
