For sign-in, account, billing, or privacy help, email admin@syncedupsolutions.com.
Include the app version and a description of the problem. Do not email passwords, sign-in codes, or private candidate records.
Account and data controls
Open Settings in Recruiter OS to view the privacy policy, turn off AI sharing, sign out, or delete your account. Deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions. Manage them through Apple, Google Play, or website billing, depending on where you subscribed.
Recovering a voice note
Open Voice Notes and look under Unfinished recordings. Recordings stay on the device where you made them; reconnect and choose Retry and save note to finish processing.
