Terms of Service

Agreement
These terms govern your use of Recruiter OS, including the iOS app, the web workspace at app.recruiter-os.com and the Claude and ChatGPT connectors (together, the Service), provided by SyncedUp Solutions LLC. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you can accept them for that company.
Your account
You sign in with a mobile number you control and a code we text you. Keep your phone and sign-in codes secure, and don't share your account. You are responsible for activity in your account. You must be at least 18 to use the Service.
Your records
You own the candidate, client and other records you add. You give us permission to store, process and display them only to run the Service for you, including AI features you choose to use and assistants you connect. You are responsible for having the right to keep the personal information you add and for following the privacy, employment and anti-discrimination laws that apply to your recruiting work.
Calls and voice notes
Recruiter OS does not record phone calls. If you dictate a note or record audio, you are responsible for following the recording and consent laws where you and the other person are located.
AI features
AI transcripts, summaries and document readings can be wrong or incomplete. Review them before you rely on or share them, and don't use AI output as the only basis for a hiring decision.
Connected assistants
When you connect Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant, it can read your records as described on the approval page and at recruiter-os.com/connect. It cannot change them. Those assistants are run by their providers under their own terms and privacy policies. You can disconnect an assistant anytime in Settings.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service for anything unlawful, to access other people's accounts or data, to interfere with or test the security of the Service, or to send spam through the features that open your Messages or Mail apps. Don't copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service except where the law allows it.
Subscriptions
If you buy a subscription through the App Store, Apple bills and manages it under Apple's terms. Manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings. Deleting your Recruiter OS account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Ending your use
You can delete your account in Settings, which deletes your records as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we need to in order to protect the Service or other people.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of what you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or $100.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will tell you in the app or by email. If you keep using the Service after an update, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
Florida law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
